We're sorry you didn't love your products! We accept returns on new and gently used items within 21 days of receipt.

To start your return, email hello@evermorebeautyandskin.com with your name and order number.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Returns must be unopened or gently used (not empty or more than half empty).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use our provided label or choose a more cost-effective shipping method—just include your name and order number in the parcel.
• Final sale items are non-refundable (check product pages for details).

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over $50 after any discounts applied. Orders under $50 will have a $9 shipping fee.

Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes as it is quickly processed for shipping. However, cancellations may be possible if requested immediately.

Yes! We only offer authentic, freshly produced products, sourced directly from our partner brands in Korea or their official, verified distributors.

If your order arrives damaged, please SAVE the package and packing materials and email us at hello@evermorebeautyandskin.com immediately. To help us assist you faster, include photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. This will ensure prompt attention and quick remediation.
